Lorraine was previously Administrator at the MCT from 1997 and was engaged in all aspects of the day to day running of the Trust, from grant making to attending meetings to maintain existing and set up new Awards.

Lorraine became a Trustee of the MCT in March 2007 and thoroughly enjoyed her continued involvement with the Trust. She attended a number of Award presentations, including with Barnardo’s and the Churches Conservation Trust, enabling her to maintain the relationships she had helped to build.

Due to family commitments, Lorraine resigned as a Trustee in 2017 but continued to attend Award presentations on behalf of the Trust. She was pleased to be offered the role of Ambassador in 2019 to continue her long association with the MCT.
