Emma worked for the Marsh family from 2010 to 2017 and during that period managed the Trust’s investments, as well as representing the Trust as an Ambassador.

Emma works as EA to the CEO and Deputy CEO of Specialist Risk Group an integrated group of insurance intermediaries arranging specialist insurance.

Emma has a particular interest in the Social Welfare sector as well as Conservation and Animal Welfare and has presented Marsh Awards in partnership with Mind, the Human Trafficking Foundation and the British Trust for Ornithology.
