Our Values
We believe in supporting existing organisations and people who are striving to make a difference. Our aim is to contribute to and promote the excellent work which is being undertaken across the sector.
We provide long-term core funding to small charities and run an Awards’ programme for individuals and groups committed to social, cultural and environmental causes.
We value long term partnerships with the organisations we support and partner, and aim to develop these over time.
The Trust provides grants to UK registered charities working in the fields of social welfare, literature, arts and heritage, environmental and animal welfare, education and training. The Trust also gives a small number of grants to overseas charities.
The Trust runs a portfolio of Awards with a number of nationally and internationally recognised organisations such as Barnardo's, the British Museum and the Zoological Society of London.
